Keep the people that cant help you out
Let the pain inside out
Let the safe people in.
Then have a cup of tea a cake put your feet up and let the healing begin......

It's not always easy to know who are "safe" people, but I do take a chance on letting everyone at work in until they hurt me once. I don't always know who the people are that can help me out but I reach out to all in the hopes of finding just one who can help. I do let the pain outside most of the time but am stoic at other times bearing my own burdens. You know what I mean. Chamomile tea is the best for calming the nerves and healing the soul. Think I'll have a brownie from Starbucks! :-)

Thank you so much for sharing this, Photo. You're such a good soul and I left you in as a "safe" person.

Welcome
