I am tired of feeling horrible about my weight. The low self-esteem and the negative thoughts that keep invading my mind.I can do this 5 pounds at a time. that is a wonderful plan. ok now i need to hand cuff myself to mmy bed so i can't get to the kitchen and tear it up. just kidding' however i do need more self control at night. I have issue's sleeping so i'm up all night. That don't help, anyone have any idea's for night eating.I'm going to committ myself to 5 pounds a month that is reasonable and the best simple plan i've heard in to long. wish me luck or hard work i will stay in touch. vanilla

This is an open-ended group for people who want to set a modest, but healthy, goal of losing 5 pounds per month. 5 pound doesn't sound like much, if you are obese -- but think about it! 5 pounds per month means 60 pounds per year, 120 pounds in 2 years, 180 pounds in 3 years, etc. Size doesn't matter. We welcome anyone who is attempting to make a healthy weight loss! We will offer each other support, advice and accountability. We do not welcome negativity or "flaming"
