I WALKED up and down five flights of stairs. now that i am on a second floor i do this a lot and i think i have developed a teeny bit of muscle and a lighter step...lol.
i walked by the marina maybe a half a mile.

i unpacked a few boxes and i stretched and leaned forward when i did this so those are stretches.
i carried laundry to the washer, that is weight lifting probably 5 pounds. -

i hopped on the elliptical trainor for 30 minutes, did 75 sit ups, 20 push ups, and mowed my lawn and that took 45 minutes -

I have been very faithful to exercising. I swim and use a Bollywood DVD. -

I've just started using the Wii fit and I think it will help me to be more consistent. My area got about 16 or so inches of snow today so not the kind of weather I want to go walking in (=

This is an open-ended group for people who want to set a modest, but healthy, goal of losing 5 pounds per month. 5 pound doesn't sound like much, if you are obese -- but think about it! 5 pounds per month means 60 pounds per year, 120 pounds in 2 years, 180 pounds in 3 years, etc. Size doesn't matter.
