FINALLY ! I have something to write about !

I joined a weight loss program.
The eating is very structured.
It has only been a few days, but I have had absolutely no problems with anything concerning this plan.
This is very different for me.
I feel like I have lost a pound or two.
I am going to wait to check it out.
But, it just feel awesome to actually succeed at food management.
I do fight inertia that is caused by my depression.
I am going for short walks each day.
I am planning on having enough energy to slowing increase my activity.

Well that is definately something to write about. That is absolutely wonderful. I know that you will be successful. Keep up the wonderful job.Please keep me posted on your progress.

This is an open-ended group for people who want to set a modest, but healthy, goal of losing 5 pounds per month. 5 pound doesn't sound like much, if you are obese -- but think about it! 5 pounds per month means 60 pounds per year, 120 pounds in 2 years, 180 pounds in 3 years, etc. Size doesn't matter.
