It has been 3 years since my husbands and grandsons death and still have alot of anger inside me and just can't seem to let go. Their are days when I am feeling good and then their are alot of days when I have alot of anger inside me that I cannot let go of because I don't want to accept the fact that they are both gone and not coming back.
