My hubby's family was uneventful and a bit boring not that I am complaining because my family is CONSTANT drama. Thanksgiving with my family lasted 15 minutes. My BIL freaked out because my family was early. He had a temper tantrum we could hear him screaming at my sister from their bedrrom saying wonderful holiday anicdotes like "I hate your f*cking family!" and of course the holiday favorite of "get these f*cking people out of my house!" Well we left, my little ones didn't even have coats on when we walked out. We then went to my hubby's family and we were hours early at that point (too far to go back home) they were awesome. My sister showed up at my hubby's family's house an hour later appologizing for her husband's behavior and inviting us back over...we did not go back over there, at this point not sure if we ever will...a year ago was Nick's funeral 2 days before Thanksgiving, just because it's a year later and we have Marissa now, it does not change my sadness about losing Nick. My brother in law and his temper ruined Thanksgiving for me and what should have been a joyous day for my new baby girl.

I already knew this was going to be beyond what I could deal with. I did it. Very irritated. My mother damn near burned down the kitchen, she was too drunk as usual to remember that she turned the burners on. A favorite quote from a book is, "WE F UP EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOUR GOOD DAYS." Yes you do, yes you did. Yes you always will. Pathetic. Beyond pathetic. I cannot do this anymore.
