i JUST made these really easy, really yummy honey oatmeal cookies. here's the recipe:

    Ingredients -
    3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup honey
    1 egg
    1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup whole wheat flour (all-purpouse is good too)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups rolled oats (aka oatmeal)

    Directions -
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray (just for convenience :]).

    2. Using a mixer with the paddle attachment, mix together the butter, brown sugar, honey, egg and water thoroughly.

    3. Sift together the dry ingredients then stir in the oats. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix. Add any additional ingredients you've chosen.

    4. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto the cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

(FOR NUMBER 2, I DIDN'T USE A MIXER AND IT TURNED OUT PERFECTLY FINE)

    Big Skillet Burger with Cheese

    1 egg, beaten
3/4 pound ground chuck or ground round
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup minced onion
    3 slices American cheese
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

Mix together egg, ground beef, salt, and minced onion. Grease 8-inch skillet (oven-proof); lightly pat half of the meat over bottom. Arrange cheese slices over meat layer and top with remaining meat, patting to make a smooth surface. Sprinkle with pepper and cut into 4 quarters. Cook over medium-high heat until bottom is nicely browned. Put skillet in oven and broil until top is browned and burger is cooked through.

Hi everyone,i'm new,my name is Trish.I have a recipie I tried last week that was good.I got it from my daughter-in-law,she got it from someone else,so I don't know what it's called.I'll call it "gooy Brownies".

    Gooy Brownies
    1 pkg brownie mix
    nuts (optional)
    3 Sympony candy bars

Mix brownies according to pkg directions.Pour half the batter into your baking dish, then add a layer of Sympony bars.If you can't find those,i've thought about trying sneaker bars, pinching it off all over it.Pour the remaining batter over the candy and back according to pkg. directions. They are sooo rich ans gooy, and some of the sympony bars have toffee in them, thats makes it really good!
