  To the young ones try to think of the future, the cuts that are created now will haunt you in the future. Even if you hide them in a sleeve or jeans one day you will have to go to the doctors and they will see them. Next time you think of cutting try and write out how you're feeling, paint a wild emotional picture, scream into a pillow until all your tension floats away, try meditation. Message me, I want to help and don't want any one to suffer alone like i did

  It's hard to find someone who knows the feelings behind the self abuse, especially cutting. I made it almost a year, but I let it get me in August

  Just wanted to put a hug here for everyone, i am a survivor, i am 24 years old, ive suffered so much and got through it, it all started when i was sexually abused at 7 (long story) ive been abused 3 times, raped once, been through violence, miscarrage through a violent relationship, i find the world a scairy place yet day by day i survive and plod on, why do i bother??.... Simple because as long as i am alive i can make my life what i want it to be, life is what you make it, there is always and i mean always a way out if you let yourself find it........ I still get the urge to cut and OD ect but i don't, i just sleep instead or listen to music, i cry myself to sleep some night's but im still here, plodding on, knowing that yes im 24 but there is so many years ahead of me to better myself and live the life i want to live..... I just wanted to wish everyone here luck and love... You can survive.. I believe in all of you xXx

  the girl, interrupted book is excellent... so is the movie. i have basically memorized most of the movie. guess that is sad, as basically i have no life. lol big hugs to everyone, and thankyou for letting me be a part of your group! :)

A real cool place to talk about the experiences to realize that your not alone and just to talk in general and give advice. Were all cool here so be cool in return thanks.
