I'll go first. I had my baby girl on April 9th 2009. She has made me want to become a better person. She is my motivation to do things right. My goals nutritionally are to become vegan again. My weight loss goals are to get down to 150lbs. I currently weigh as of April 14th 254lbs. I would like to be able to maintain a routine and share my progress with others, as well as have a support group that we can all comfort each other with our setbacks if we have any. What I am going to try to do to achieve this: I am already walking with my baby girl. I plan to get into a lot of cardio once I have my 6 week check up and get the go ahead. I do plan to go to my parents to use their gym once we move May 1st, so that will give me some extra equipment to use and I plan to try to do some yoga/pilates and dance videos, to get me back in the swing of things!
COME ON GIRLS!
FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!
TOGETHER I KNOW WE CAN GET IT RIGHT!
OUR BODIES ARE AMAZING!
YEAH!
Okay so maybe super lame...but I know that with each others motivation and determination that we can all achieve the goals we are so proud to be working towards.

I'm Daisy, 24 years old, expecting baby #1 on or around May 30th. I've gained about 35 lbs so far and I'm dying to have this baby (to meet her first and foremost) but also so that I can try to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight (and maybe shed off a little more because I was actually in the process of losing weight when I found out I was preggo!)
I'm 5'2" and weigh about 179 right now....My end goal is 130-135, which is doable, I think! -

Hi, I'm 25 years old and pregnant with our 3 pregnancy (it will be our first born child, we miscarried the other 2 very early in the pregnancies). We are expecting a baby girl in August (Candyce). I haven't ever had a problem with my weight, probably because my favorite foods are fruit and I LOVE to exercize. But with the two miscarriages I've just been taking it easy during this pregnancy, no exercizing for me! Right now I'm mainly worried about the health of my baby. But I have been thinking a LOT about what I'm going to do when she is born. I haven't gained a lot of weight so far, in fact the doctor says I'm a couple of pounds under what I should be, but I still want to start back exercizing and loose the pregnancy weight after she is born so that I won't carry any "extra" weight into my future pregnancies. I look forward to being in this new group!! -

Hi!! My name is Mayra im 24 years old. I have one child, we want to have more in the future. My baby girl Rubi Angelina came into this world on November 3 , 08. I did lose all my pregnancy weight and even lost 5 more form my pre-pregnancy weight. However i want to lose even more weight. I want my high school body back!!...which that would mean I have to lose like around 30-40 pounds! :) -

Hello. I gave birth to a baby boy, Joey jan 27 2009 and lost 30 pounds. I am over weight and not afraid to share my weight of 258 because when I post it, I get embarrassed, which then makes me work out and such! My long term goal is to be 170 pounds but in the mean time I want to lose 30 pounds in the next couple months. Because I am bigger, I have water weight I have to lose first.
I had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant and that was a huge reason my son was 5 weeks early. I feel horrible about it because i think that if I wer enot over weight, and had it, he wouldnt have been born early!
But, I am going to change by doing my wii fitt, and my personal trainer on wii 30 min everyday, and to go walking everyday. I will be counting my cals (1500) -

Hey ladies! :)
I'm Christen, and I have a 4.5 month old baby boy named James.
I gained 60-70 lbs when i was pregnant. Oops!
I've lost quite a bit so far, but i'm still 25lbs heavier than I was before. The numbers are not a big deal to me, I just want my old clothes to fit nicely again A.S.A.P!
I like this group!

A Place for us Mama's to motivate each other and ask questions or advice, share stories, jokes, and just be ourselves. I know how hard it is for me to get back into a workout routine and eat healthy now that I just had my baby, but hopefully together we can motivate each other to be the happy, healthy, amazing mommies we strive so hard to be!
