Hey, been on a short trip to Nashville, got to tag along with a hubby business trip. Before we left, I ran 5 miles, fell down and skinned my knee, my hand and my shoulder. Ouch! My knee still hurts. Had a blast there. I did work out in the fitness room on Tuesday and ran 3 miles on the treadmill there on Wednesday before we came home. Spent way too much time in a car though. Was too beat today to do much of anything. I did walk about 3 miles this evening with hubby though. Hope everyone else is doing well.

I have been doing NOTHING. I'm working too much, and it makes me sad. I have no time for anything besides work. (Which is why I just started workaholics anonymous.) :( Marah, when things settle down, I want you to give me a swift kick in the behind and get me moving in the right direction. I won't be able to run 5 miles with you, but I'll push myself for 1-2...

That would be awesome Monk. Would love to run with you, maybe at a park. We can walk some if you like. I tried to run 7 miles today, but only made it 6 when intestinal distress hit me. Does anyone else get the runs after a run? Doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes. Usually after a really long run, it doesn't usually hit my during.
