It is a natural inevitability that you might feel conflicted and confused about your relationships from time to time. You may be uncertain whether you are experiencing feelings of love or friendship, and this might cause anxiety when you make decisions. You might discover you are indecisive about taking a friendship to a deeper level or questioning whether you want to end it.
One way to ease this uncertainty is to spend time in quiet contemplation so you can better connect with your inner self. If you consciously release all thoughts and allow yourself to go into a quiet, relaxed state, you will feel more alert and insightful. You will be able to assess your relationships with an objective state of mind.
Taking time to reflect on your relationships provides clarity about the quality of your connection with each person. Because relationships are in a constant state of shifting and changing, it can be difficult to ascertain the direction you want each one to go in. When you take time to sit in quiet contemplation and reflect on your connections, you tap into your inner wisdom and will be able to determine which category each relationship best fits in your life. There is no reason to make a relationship something it's not because every relationship - whether it is romantic, friendly, or casual - serves a purpose. Others are merely mirrors of you as you are a mirror for him/her. Relationships reflect back to you something you need to learn about yourself; something you will want to change or something you will want to reinforce when you recognize and own it.
Your indecision about a relationship can be resolved by taking the time to listen to yourself to find the best answer for you. The answers to your Life's questions lie inside you. All you need to do is look, listen and trust.
