Approved!

Just found out last week I was approved. My lawyer said it was pretty easy because of my age (61) and the excellent documentation I got from Mayo Clinic when I was a patient there. I had an interview with a goofy SSD psychologist and came out feeling I was in much better shape than he's in, but he evidently approved me.
Good luck to everyone who is still trying. I almost feel guilty because so many of you are still struggling to gt approved. Don't give up!

Red, I got a lawyer at the hearing stage, I was told that that's really the time to get them. My hearing went well, according to my lawyer as the VE said I can't do any work. -

I would think and it only my humble opinion, that now is the time to get an attorney but be sure to get one that only does SS cases as the laws are so specific and picky that it needs to be someone who is on top of everything. -
