how do you just GET OUT THERE and hang out?

If I'm already out of the house it's better - 50% of the time. But especially once I"m IN the house.

I'm getting nervous about going out to hang out with my remaining friends. I don't know 100% why, but I just freak out. I'll tell the friend on the phone that yes, I would like to go hang out. But when it comes to actually doing that, I freeze. I hide.

Thing is it would be easier if once they got there everything would get better, but sometimes I'm even nervous or uncomfortable the whole time they're over....

    I don't know what causes it either but I feel a lot of the same way. I've tried so many things from devouring large amounts of chocolate before I go out to peppermint teas to drenching my food in cumen (I heard the spice cumen calms you....hey, don't knock it man, lol, I'll try anything) but nothing has worked so far. I noticed it gets worse if I spend too much time alone and if I don't get enough sleep....which is often because I have insomnia (which sucks! :P ). Anyway, I'm sorry I don't have the answer but just know that you're not alone. I'd hang out with you if I could...shoot, we'd just be anxious together. I'd be thinking, I'm so anxious, and you'd be thinking the same thing, what a riot. Not really, but anyway, hope you are doing ok today.
