trying to heal and cope

just wondering what people thought of or knew about being on an antidepressant? Is it going to help at all? I don't feel like it will help at all right now besides maybe all of the anxiety I have with the other kids. Has anyone else been on one, had a good/bad experience being on one? Really curious on how this has affected others in this awful situation.

My dr put my hubby and I on Xanax after Gabby's death. It really helped us to not constantly think about and relive that day. I started having bad panic attacks after Gabby's death and the Xanax really helped with that too. It wasn't something I took every day, only when I needed it. My hubby is still on antidepressants but he has always battled depression so Gabby's death just made it worse.
