I used to have a PMS for seven days and never had to use anything above regular tampax. Until lately. I now have to use the orange tampax and I have to change them every 2 hours or less sometimes and I clot so bad I'm curled up in a ball on the couch or the floor. I am now having even worse cramping, clotting, pain with heavy flow and fatigue and I get light-headed. This last's for around 4-5 days and I usually get a break for a day in between. Help? What could it be? Thanks.
