Hi All just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Redhead09 and my fiance is incarcerated. He hasn't even gotten his sentence yet, so this is just beginning for me. He was arrested for stealing a shotgun out of the back of a truck. The owners said as long as they get the gun back no charges will be filed. But ofcourse the state has picked it up. He is very bypolar and takes meds, he had'nt taken them that day. No the judge has ordered an eveluation to be done, and the Dr, didn't show for court. Niether was the eval. complete. Now the judge is requesting all records of hospital stays(there's alot) and concerned if he's even competent to stand trial. Please send some prayers up for us...
