It's not Amanda, or I imagine, it's "Her majesty".
This is one time it might not be a bad idea to consult Google just to verify. -

It's Amanda!! She's a pretty nice girl. I memorized and sang it for a show in grade school. But check if you would, I hate to make mistakes.

Well I guess I'm wrong again. Never happens, but LW is always thorough in these matters. I still think it's Amanda. They wouldn't talk about the Queen that way.
