Nuring In Washington State?

Posted on 07/29/09, 03:08 pm
I am a LPN and I would like some advice on what type of nursing LPNs are able to do in Washington State. I am from Oklahoma and in OK LPNs can do every thing a RN can do. The LPN just has to be certified in that area. As a LPN I worked the Critical Care department, which means we rotated between, ICU, CCU, CVCU, and ER. I have been told that LPNs in Washington State cant work in Hospitals and if they do its only for home health.
Can any one help me out with some information?
