I haven't been on RAR for awhile

I am sorry I have not been a great support on RAR for awhile I am struggling big time right now but I know we all are and I am not sure of what to say anymore as I am shutting down completely. I do care about all of you and will be here the best I can please know that I pray for you all as a group.

  No problem, my friend. I have also gone through such periods. I strongly suspect they're rather "normal" for us...lol...whatever that is. Please take care of yourself and know we're here for you. Be gentle with yourself and give this some time. Don't beat yourself up. We're only human, after all...and wounded on top of that. Take care and best wishes. Many hugs.
