Hi, not sure what to say. Just really need to talk to people who know what it's like to have this stuff.

  I am a rapid cycler also. I have so many mood swings in one day I loose count. I understand what you are going through.

  Count wow! I gave up counting long ago. I can be crying my heart out for 2 hours and then laughing at a comedy next. I use excuses if people see me. Oh I was watching a tear jerker or wow I really needed a good laugh.
