Hi everyone,
I wanted to take a moment and bring to your attention a couple of fabulous mood diaries that are available for us. The first one is an online site, and the second is actually a small software program mood diary that keeps up with your meds, moods, and even a place to write notes! For those of you who prefer paper diaries, the third is also nice. You can print it out and make copies and put your own notebook together. Here they are:
Online diary (you can print charts too!)
http://www.moodtracker.com
Software diary (prints up to thirty day cycle)This link also has a printable diary.
http://www.seroquel.com/cbip/not/m...
Printable diary
http://www.dbsalliance.org/pdfs/ca...
Hope this helps you all out, I've found it very important to chart and keep up with my moods and meds. Its the key to staying on top of your side effects, and managing your moods.
HUGS,
Rosey
