How to Get Started?

Beginning to exercise is one of the hardest things to do, but you need to do it. Exercising is a must for everyone and anyone, no matter what shape, size, or disability you may have. The first step to getting started is make time for yourself. Clear your schedule during that hour or so and commit yourself to working out during that time.
Next, get a gym membership or find a safe place to walk/exercise. For the first few weeks, don’t over-do it. By this, I mean to start slow and increase the level of your exercise over time.
