½ cup baby carrots - 30 calories (approximately one cup â?? 3 oz)
¼ cup grape tomatoes â?? 24 calories (approximately one cup â?? 3 oz)
Dip = Low-fat Yogurt + Stir â?? Nâ??s brand Vegetable Dip Mix - 3 tablespoons per serving - 148 calories

Sorry for the weird punctuation with the cut & paste. I have allotted for large servings of the fresh veggies because that's what I like. ; ) The dip is a little heavy on the calories, but much less than when using sour cream as the package directs. Feel free to have dressing or not as you wish depending on your daily allottment. Enjoy!
