I am back.....

Well as if anyone actually remembers me but I kinda have been off track. I started off well initially losing about 15pounds but gained 2 back and was way off track eating unhealthy. I am shocked 2 is all I gained back! Anyhow I am logging what I eat and trying to just drink water. Also cutting late night snacking...I feel better but wake up so super hungry!

I of course want to lose weight but another huge reason for this is I start a FT X-ray tech Program and I really want to limit sugar so I can feel better and have more energy. I am trying to focus on 30 pounds verses the entire goal of about 60 pounds.

After a few weeks I tend to get bored so I hope I can be stronger this time around! This is my second week and this week is the first week for the food diary and increasing water. Any advice to help me????

Hi AnjeH - sounds like you have a plan. I totally understand the bored thing. One thing I find helps is to have a weekly goal - something you want to achieve, like "This week I will only take the stairs" or "This week I will have no sugar in my coffee" just little changes that will make a big difference when all added together.
The only other tip I can give you is to not beat yourself up if you fall off the wagon. I do really well for a few weeks and then find myself eating 2 doughnuts without knowing why. My instant reaction is to scold myself, but then I take a step back, look at the situation and think about my reasons for binging.
    Hope that helps! x
