GI Diet

Hi all, I started the GI diet on Monday and I've managed to lose 2lb in the space of less than a week. I'm amazed and hope to reach my target weight in three months or so.

    That's great, I'm doing that and the Alkaline/Acidic diet both modified but is working. I'm close to loosing 10lbs and Monday will be 4 weeks.
    Have lots more energy. Never realized salads and vegs with a protein could give me such a boost.
