i need support

i need some support, im having a hard time losing weight. i can't seem to keep the willpower.

Keeping a journal to know what you are eating and the calorie content is key. Consider starting by simply making better choices .. like grilled chicken instead of fried chicken and a baked potato with some spray butter rather than mashed potatoes with gravy. In addition, start exercising. Any kind of movement above what you have been doing is beneficial. Keep extending the workout time a little each day and mix it up so your body doesn't get so used to what you are doing .. we humans adapt rapidly.

Will power is a nightmare, but it does come eventually. Someone told me a good little tip. When you pick up something to eat, be curious about why you are eating it. Think about whether you are hungry or not. If you are, then eat until you are full and then stop. But if you aren't, then think about why you want to eat. Are you bored? Are you thirsty? Are you tired? And do something else - take a nap, read a book, go for a walk, dance to the radio for 3 minutes, whatever you want - and little changes like that will go a long long way!
