Postpardom ab workouts

Posted on 02/25/09, 03:14 am
Do any of you know any postpardom ab workouts? I apparently am not ready to do regular crunchies, they made my abs cramp up and affect my breathing a couple times, so I have to lay off of them for a while. Its been four week since giving birth, and I am not sure what i can do and what I cant do. Any advice on postpardom workouts would be good.

Hi Jennifer .. try doing some pilates or yoga .. they are fairly low impact yet great for the core muscles. Remember .. you CAN DO THIS .. it is your dream!

I have the Wii fit and it has yoga on it. I love it because it has helped me with my posture and balance too! Thanks for that suggestion! :)

    Better late than never!
ip out over two hundred in a flash! Really is taking major chunks gone and tightening up. I can see how I must have looked MANY years ago.
Give it a try! I think you will really like the results.
By now I bet you could use something I started using a few months ago. Bender Ball Workout.
    It is really super!
I have not watched the dvds yet! Comes with three. Buy at WalMart for 20 dollars. I take mine on trips and my mat and can whip out 200 in a flash!
It has made a radical change in my appearance but not showing alot on scales yet. It will soon! going to have to look up my small jeans that I bought over a year ago to encourage me on watching what goes in the mouth does not go on the hips!

I think I will break them out this weekend and see if a smaller size would be wise to wear. I wanted to make sure it would be good news first! LOL!
    Love Rhea
