My grandchildren got one for Christmas and I bowled with them during my last trip.
Two girlfriends have one and the hula hoop program was the topic of discussion at our reunion dinner on Thursday. They agreed about the abdomen workout it gives you.
Perhaps I will be a better girl this year and get one for Christmas! lolll

Funny thing is, we actually got the wii and wii fit like a week after I posted on here. I love the wii fit, my husband I compete on it! He got it for me for my bday because he knows how hard it is for me to get out of the house and go walking with joey being sick off and on and what not.
Anyone want to compete I can give you the info so we can...I dont know how that works though!
