Hello Peoples,

I have made a group to help support single parents just learning how to cook or in need of new ideas, this group is welcome to all not just single parents, what I had in mind when I made this group is people helping people with suggestions for healthy eating, quick and easy meals, SHARING RECIPES and ideas, learning to make healthy meals and diets for them selves and their children, bulk/cheap meals, and how to recognize or help food allergenic/intolerant children with suggestions for a good diet and get picky or hard to feed children to eat.

If any of you are interested please come share with ideas, recipes, support, and of course (if your interested) by joining us.
