How Do I Explain Puberty To My 11 Year Old Son With Autism

Hello All~
I am new here and hoping to get some advice on explaining puberty to my 11 year old son.

He's on 2 meds~ tenex at half a tablet 3 times daily and adderall at 30 mg. daily. We started the meds because he was showing some aggression issues. They seem to be helping, but now we have other issues. Last night, my son was in his room, and as usual, was too quiet, so I asked him to come to the living room and tell me what he was doing. He got very agitated, and said "nothing" and put his hand over his groin. I didn't really thing too much of this, and let it go.

Today, I noticed that he had changed his clothes, and asked him why. He told me he went potty a little in his pants. This is a bit unusual, because we don't have any urinary issues with our son. We do have a minor problem with his penis. My husband and I have taken him to his Dr. because we were concerned about his penis not showing. The Dr. says it's because there's a little fat pad over it, and that it's kind of "hiding" it. She says that he should grow out of this issue, and if not, she'll look into it further, so I'm not really concerned about that.

I'm just wondering if anyone can help me and my husband find a way to explain what's going on with our son's body. Sorry this is so long, but I thought I should kind of explain our situation.

Thanks for any and all advice you can offer.
