What we stand for...

It's for us, our families, and our loved ones.
It's for strength and support and sharing.
It's for giving a voice to our cause. The only cure is a transplant, and with enough knowledge and creativity, I think we'll soon find a better option.
It's for dispelling myths. Even children get this disease, and we're not all previous alcoholics.
We are the few who know what it's like to struggle with the pain, the portal hypertension and esophageal varices, the thrombocytopenia, the fatigue, the pulmonary complications, the stress of maintaining it all... and ultimately, the unknown.

Let's find strength in each other. Even though it may seem like it, there ARE others out there with this disease. You're not the only one with these struggles and fears.
Together, none of us are alone.
