Hello,

Well, I'm tapering Prednisone ... oh goody, lol. I tapered from 9.5 to 9 on Tuesday and today I have terrible upper back pain, shoulders and down arms.

I am on really strong pain killers and muscle relaxant and they aren't helping. I also had hubby rub Sore No More on me, which helped somewhat.

I called pain doc's answering service and they called back and said doc recommended going back up on Prednisone or going to ER. I don't want to do either! LOL!

Any suggestions?
