hi i am new here and i would like to tell you about our pets,we have a gorgeous jackrussell terrier called jake ,he is nearly 12 years old now we got him from a rescue centre he is such a character, he is my pet and i love him so much i don't know what i will do when i don't have him anymore,we have a saddleback rabbit called oscar who is very sweet,we took him in to save him being put down we have had him five years now,my oldest son is in to ferrets he has a cream and brown ferret he calls crash ,because that is what he does crashes into things,he came from a ferret sanctuary along with a lovely little degu ,we call him dfa,as in d for degu,we have had crash and dfa just over six months,my youngest son has a basilisk lizard,he calls him baz,he got him from a pet shop,baz had been there for so long and was going to be put down cause no one wanted him ,he has been with us for three years,we have a large fish aquarium with five large fish of various kinds again the owner was going to flush them down the loo,because he had lost interest,the only pets we have that we bought ourselves ,are the fish i have in my smaller aquarium,which are again various but smaller than the big tank fish,we also have a big pond in the back garden with quite big fish of different sorts,,,all our pets get christmas presents,, well they are part of our family and we love them,so you see this potty about pets is the very thing for me,hugs to you all helen.
