  Nonda, here is the answer to your question regarding the Admin. "Admin Members are recognized by the Admin badge on their member photo. Admin Members have all the abilities of a regular group member, and can also add News, issue invitations, remove group members, and delete content."

  I want to make a statement similar to the last. PTSD is a result of something traumatic that happens to us that we have no control of ~ making us a victim. I know that one of the common results of being victimized is to identify one's self as a victim & continue a pattern of being a victim. Victims are helpless & don't have the control that they need to bring themselves out of this state. I've been there. It is important to believe that you can bring yourself out of this state and that things WILL get better for you if you're determined to get there & have faith that you can. Believe in yourselves & persevere!! Be positive, keep positive supportive people around you & stay away from people that make you feel bad about yourself. It's helpfull to have other people to fall back on, but no one else can get you there but you. Good luck to all of you!!

  a shout out too how members of this group. i him glad that the group is gowing. if you have any one on your friends list you suffer from this diseage give them and invite to join this group. i hope ever one is getting help from this group.

  i him really glad with some of the discussion topics. they are great and give people a change to share on the things we face with having ptsd daily and will for the rest of are lives. i hope others will also use the change to write news stories this is a safe place. to get anything we need to off are chest and we now no one will critzise us for what we have done. i hope if you have some one on your friends list that suffers from this terrible diseage that you invited them to join this group.
