Hi- I have had a PPMS confirmed diagnosis for 1 year. I have been still able to be active and mobile. I had arthroscopic meniscus surgery one month ago on my right knee, and the recovery is not going well. My knee, lower leg, and calf are very enlarged and tight. It is painful to walk. I believe most of the pain is from the tightened calf muscle. I do stretching but it helps very little. Is this normal during surgery and what can I do to reduce the swelling.
