anyone on here???

the board has been so quiet. I was wondering if anyone was still here.
I know I have been busy, but I would hate to see a good support group go down hill.
How is everyone doing?

  Its quite every where morgaine. I think its the last of summer and people are out getting ready for crawling into their cave for the winter, but are not gonna do it too soon. I think its the end of summer, halloween, thanksgiving, christmas, new years day, then the boards have their consistent their busy time. With a few spurts when people try to figure out how to deal with relatives during those holidays. Don't panic yet. Not until February, then you can panic. ;)

  AND maybe, the rate of MS is going down? An unbusy message board would be a small price to pay for that! We'll have to check how many people are diagnosed with MS each day & see if it is going down. I'll keep my fingers crossed that that is the reason!

  It seems like DS has several "ghost town" groups right now - once occupied with a thriving population, but now almost spooky-quiet.
  
  Anyway, I'm still on here, and I check once in a while to see if there are any new posts. My wife's MS is still a major challenge in our life. We took 9 long trips to Traverse City this summer (a beautiful place to see in the summer) so she could participate in a new drug study. (Nerisperdine) We don't know if she was getting a placebo or the real drug, but there seems to be very little if any improvement. We keep hoping for an effective treatment of her Primary Progressive MS.

  Still here...mom passed in May and, just 5 weeks later, found out our first baby is on the way. So needless to say, off treatment for right now and life is kinda hectic! Still trying to check in every now and then...

  Sorry to hear that your Mum passed away Archimack & congratulations on your pregnancy. That is always exciting.
  Dave - glad that your computer is working again.
  
  Maybe anyone would like to post something they are struggling with (other than me as I already have LOL) or something that has helped them too..just throwing ideas out there.

  sorry to hear about ur mom archimak.
  Dave glad ur pc is working again. We just updated our systems and I have one of my own now! WOOHOO! I don't have to share with the kid or hubby anymore. I got myself a little netbook. Perfect for browsing the internet and dailystrength and my email.
