my daughter gabby is having a flare up

after just being diagnosed with this ms in december and on avonex since a week after diagnosis she is now having another flare up causing issues with vertigo like symptoms.. going this friday to see any ms specialist new dr new staff.. yeah looking forward to this 8 hr office visit.. never in my life have i ever known an office visit to last 8 hours.. anyways keep her in prayer please she is 14, just started marching band and freshman year just started this last monday she is all excited not too happy about this new dr appt the day she has her first game prayerfully she will still be able to make it to the game for marching performance..

  I am so sorry I was diagnosed at age 38, am now 56. Can't imagine having to watch one of my children or grandchildren have problems with this stupid ms. I will pray that this flareup passes quickly for her, and she can get back to being a 14 year old.
  That doctor's visit is way to long, I generally just wait about 10 to 15 minutes, and the visit is short. Having had this for 18 years there isn't much of an examination. Good luck. I am sure you need support too.
