Id like to keep my bill down to $150 a month, i dont mind big meals that last two nights or cooking more from scratch.

This is not costly and is healthy and yummy.
Soup - 2 cans of veg all, 1 can of tomatoes, brown rice, chili powder, onion powder, a small amount of chicken, ground beef or a little link sausage. Goes a long way...Make some cornbread...a hit around here..filling and good for you!! -

fed your family...oh, use some butter spray too Cook the rice and add the other - easy and hubby loves it. -

I like to buy bag beans and cook them on low in the crock pot all day (of course you have to soak them all night).
I like to use a bag of black eyed peas
1-2 chopped onions
some chicken or veggie bouillon mix
several slices of pepperoni
tasty and very inexpensive
