dryer sheets

Posted on 04/30/09, 07:18 pm
Saw a tip in a magazine that to save on dryer sheets to cut them in half. I know I can use 1 dryer sheet twice and get good results. But sometimes I can't find them until I begin folding clothes and I am upstairs. So this will have with savings.

I tear my dryer sheets in half every time I dry clothes. I didn't even think of doing this until my mother in law mentioned it. If I get a box of 50 I am actually getting 100 sheets if I tear them in half. Also dryer sheets cause alot of build up on your dryer screen and can clog it up so using a half sheet really helps.

dryer sheets are great for picking up lint as well. but with laundry i always use two with the first load and then i add those two with a fresh one to the second and go on from there.
