Hey peoples - just wanted to say it is such a wonderful feeling knowing you are all here. I posted quite some time back - and was just having an overall hard time accepting what had happened - and I still don't know when it started, how long it went on, who did it or ANYTHING and that kills me inside - I guess she is just not ready to divulge that information. I have heard from other people that sometimes these kids (my daughter is 15) never tell and I just cannot imagine going through life never knowing who hurt her like this......anyone else been there?

  (((HUGS))) I have a family member that never told her mom (or anyone else) until recently when the guy was brought up on charges for abusing another child. She is in her 40's. I'll continue to pray for you to find the inner strength to get through this, and that your daughter finds the strength to stand up and speak out against whoever did this to her.

This group is for parents whose children have been sexually abused. We welcome both Mothers and Fathers. Here, we can offer support to one another. We can vent, cry and lift each other up. No condemning or criticizing allowed. We are here for support. We LOVE (((HUGS))) !
