4. How important is it for me to have a regular daily quiet time for prayer and meditation? (p. 92, Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions)


5. What do I say when I talk to God? (p. 93, Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions)

    4. Very important and I miss it when I don't.

    5. I talk to God as if he is my best friend - I'm not always looking for an answer, just wanting to talk to someone who knows me so well.

    My connection at times is more than a prayer and quiet meditation. At times it is a one word plea, HELP. When I'm in nature, my meditation is about Gratitude. At times my prayer looks like a laundry list or a list for a "Santa Claus God." I wish I could say I pray and meditate daily but I don't. However, reading daily meditation books helps me to focus.
