People with a chronic illness such as RA need to be as healthy as they can possibly stand it. That means exercising, mental health, and eating right. This is one tough combination! This is a group for us to get ourselves on track with eating normal portions and making healthy choices, but it's also a place to vent if you fall of the wagon.
