I know what you mean. In my younger days I would often skip breakfast and be fine until lunchtime. However, if I ate breakfast I'd be ravenous just 2 or 3 hours later. Once that metabolism starts going after breakfast it's hard to ignore it.
People with a chronic illness such as RA need to be as healthy as they can possibly stand it. That means exercising, mental health, and eating right. This is one tough combination! This is a group for us to get ourselves on track with eating normal portions and making healthy choices, but it's also a place to vent if you fall of the wagon. By venting, you may learn you have a pattern and with the support of this group, can create new ways to help yourself instead of reaching for food.
