What do we all think around this ticklish little subject? Is it a good thing, a great thing, an insane thing, an unnecessary thing.... what do you reckon..... who has a story around it?

If I could I would get my eyes done first, when I was younger I had my nose straightened deviated septum the recovery was long and painful I looked like I was in a bad fight or car accident...I dont see any thing wrong with it if thats what you would like to do go for it...some would say they would rather age gracefully... -

I've seen too many women with what looks like botched up cosmetic surgery and their faces look strange. It's something I'll never do. I'll keep my wrinkles, thank you very much.

Yeah, the botched up ones are really hard to handle aren't they... but not all are botched and badly done... it all comes down to choice and the willingness to communicate with your body and ask it whether these things would be rewarding or not..... and finding the right surgeon helps....it's always difficult to follow another person's experience and think you will have the same results.
What if the choice could be made easier? and what about those who are genuinely miserable with their looks... can we help them make good choices? Possibly. -

Even a "good" facelift looks unnatural. I've never seen one I liked. Not that it made any look worse than before (not saying they looked bad before - tiptoeing on eggshells here), but the result was not a normal face. Personally, I prefer natural over anything, including makeup. Natural conveys the woman is comfortable with herself and that is a major plus in my book. -

BTW, I'm a man (just remembered some confusion from a few months back). -

Hi Shevie,
I agree, and I also am aware of ladies who enjoy honoring their partners by presenting themselves specially in certin circumstances. all these things ae simply a matter of choice and not necesarily a matter of discontent with their bodies or faces.
Where cosmetic surgery is concerned, the surgeon is all important together with his or her level of communication with the patient. Doing what the pateints asks for is paramount and of course, THAT doesn't always happen.
Thank you for your comments Shevie, I look forward to more from y ou.
