Hi. I too have been down the long road of Ovarian Cancer Stage 3 C. I have been in remission for 6 months before the cancer came back. I have just completed an operation and am feeling great. The tumor is laying on the kidney and he wasn't able to get all the tumor out ( 50% of an 1 inch tumor) so I was pleased with the outcome. Now Radation, Chemo again DOXIL> I stress Doxil only because it is considered the best with OVCA. The Avastin. ALSO a MIRACLE IV Drug!!! that is my plan of attach. I do have to have a bag to drain my kidneys for a while. I see Dr Krivak back in October.
I hope I was informative without being too overwelming. It just has been a long road for us. Good Luck and my prayers to you!!!!!

Hi
I was diagnosed with level 3c ovca in 5/08. At that time my CA125 was 7500, which is off the charts. I had a total hysterectomy and debulking in 6/08, chemo began in 8/08 and I`m still on it. However, my CA125 level is at 20 (normal is 0-35). I go to MSKCC, NYC, which is 2nd in the nation and will do whatever my oncologist tells me to help battle this.Lots of love and strength.
xxLinda
