It is good to hear from an actual Canadian about their healthcare. Instead of just our media or radio host that are either liberal or conservative. thanks for the info.
But is it true that all canadians say "good day, eh" a lot? Do you all eat doughnuts? That is what they tell us about Canada down here too!

There is a lot of disinformation going on in the States about Canada"s health care system. We DO NOT have "death panels" making people die, We DO NOT delay life-needed surguries, NO ONE here dies because they have no insuirance, we DONT get denyed help because of "pre-existing" conditions, and on and on. You Americans are free to make whatever system works for you, but please stick to the facts when discussing ours.

I live in the USA myself and my state borders Canada. I have a lot of friends who drive over to Canada to have medical procedures done as well as filling medications and are quite happy with the results. I also have friends who live in Canada that don't like the set up of their health care plan in their own country. As for me I expect every country will have their ups and downs and one is always going to hear complaints no matter where you go.
Honestly I hear more positive things about Canada's health care then negative and since I don't live there myself I couldn't really give an honest opinion either way. Anyway I am glad it is working for you:) I can only hope in our country that people vote a good majority of our government right out of office come next election time. It is time we get rid of the all talkers and start getting some real workers that know how to budget and know how to actually work. -
