Yep. They are scary - I go through my death obsessions where I can see death everywhere. and think of how many scenarios death can come about. For instance my husband was talking about how he loved how calming candle light was, and all I could think about is how the flames would engulf us and we would die. People talk about how they love the ocean, and I think about how we would drown and how the people on the titanic felt. It sucks. :-/ -

Yes. Mine are about evil spirits taking over me if i don't do certain things. I know its mad. I also have very paranoid thoughts about how my friends or people i know hate me which have almost ruined my life before. had to leave a job because of this.

This is for people who have more than just OCD. Like Bipolar, panic disorder and many more. And I would like to also invite all you with ocd that have the horrible ocd thoughts. I know that it can be hard to deal with them alone. Here you have people that can help.
