This afternoon a nurse told me my insulin is 48.7 and that I need to lose weight.

Any idea what that means?

All I was able to get out of her was "Between 3 and 25" is normal and that the doctor wants me to lose weight.

I'm 37, 5'4" and 240 lbs. I am aware I need to lose weight! Thanks for that great advice, doc!
