About time. The guy should lose his medical license, no finer definition of malpractice. -

Yeah, but the way it works I think is that he has his license suspended for a time while he gets supervision in his field regarding what he did and what he should have done - what is the protocol, etc. Then, if he ever does something bad again, he loses it.
