How to begin a running program, at ANY fitness level!

Hi guys, I just want to share this with you, it is called MAF running and there are some good threads about it below. If you have the patience, this will give your the strong base that you need to be a great runner for life.

So interesting. When I started running, experts told me to run for an amount of time and my own pace (say, 10 minutes at a 10 minute mile pace) rather than try to run a mile, or try to run a mile in under a certain time. Essentially, not much different from what these articles are saying: slow down and work on getting stronger; speed will come through strength. I'd love to get a heart rate monitor to confirm this work that I am doing.
