I am starting with this technique tomorrow because I have really injured myself by running anaerobically. No gimmicks!.

So interesting. When I started running, experts told me to run for an amount of time and my own pace (say, 10 minutes at a 10 minute mile pace) rather than try to run a mile, or try to run a mile in under a certain time. Essentially, not much different from what these articles are saying: slow down and work on getting stronger; speed will come through strength. I'd love to get a heart rate monitor to confirm this work that I am doing.

Welcome
